Facade Design

This small house measuring 3 x 6 m has 2 floors. The facade of the house looks minimalist using white. On the 1st floor we can see the classic door design, and also the white framed window design. This house does not have a terrace. But this house has a balcony. This house uses a sloping roof that is affordable and easy to install and maintain.

 Open Space Area

This small house uses an interesting open space concept. Because of its elongated shape, the room in this house is also arranged elongated. You can see the living room when you first enter the house, and then there is a dining room and kitchen at the end of the room. 

This house looks minimalist with a white wall design, and the floor and roof are made of wood. The circulation of the room looks good in the presence of 2 windows in the room.

 Area under the stairs

This house really makes good use of the room. The area under the stairs, which is usually overlooked, can be transformed into a bathroom and also a laundry area. In addition, the bottom of the stairs can also be added with a shelf of goods as a place to store goods. The wooden stairs leading to the second floor also look sturdy and secure with iron railings. 

Bedroom

For the 2nd floor it is only filled with bedrooms. therefore the bedroom in this house feels spacious. This room has quite complete facilities. This room can be filled with a fairly large bed. The room is also equipped with a large wardrobe and also a work area. This room is directly opposite the balcony. This room also has enough windows for ventilation, so it doesn’t feel stuffy.
