– Taking the concept of Japandi, the house was designed with the SPLOW house model which can be called a split grow house that looks slick.
Note, that a SPLOW house is a split house that grows along with the wants or needs of residents.
SPLOW house itself is a manipulated house model that looks like 2 floors when viewed from the front, but actually, the architect creates a type of floor that counts as half. Like a house that has floors of 1.5, 2.5, and so on.
Exterior design
This 7.5 x 15-meter house looks stylish in its exterior design. It looks like the house has two floors, but actually, the house is built with 2.5 floors. The design of this house is typical of Japandi, namely white color and some wooden elements in some places.
Terrace area
The terrace area adjacent to the carport has a clean and minimalist design. The terrace of the house has stairs, giving the house a distinctive elevation. Not only that, some plants around it make the atmosphere fresher.
Living room
The living room which also has a design in line with the exterior, namely white and brown colors provides a warm and soothing accent. The compact design makes the living room feel comfortable and looks neat.
